NoBS Member/Photo of the Month: Jason Abbott
This month's winner was Jason Abbott. Here in his own words is what Jason has been up to. You might say he's been a busy fella:
"Wow there has been lots happening. Well at the Inferno in Nashville I won 1st place in HS seniors, and 2nd in individuals for our print competition and had a great time even while being quite ill. I was able to have Mike long come and second shoot a wedding with Tommy and I in December and had a blast. I have been shooting more wedding than I would have ever thought. I had 3 last year, 3 this year so far and have second shot at 3 others. I second shot with Tommy Cooper, Chasity Blackwell here in Texas and just returned form shooting with the awesome Tyson Zahner in Missouri last weekend.
In January I hosted Warne Noyce for his first workshop here in Texas and had a ball with 18 of our friends from NoBs. Then Warne came back down in March and we shot HS seniors for a weekend.
I have been pretty busy with HS seniors this year. I have several still to shoot in the next few days.
The rest of the year is looking pretty exciting. I am flying up to 2nd shoot with Mike long for Debbie Rogers daughter's wedding in Portland. I am flying to Orlando FL to 2nd shoot with Kevin Keelan this fall, and then back to Missouri with Tyson in October.
Have learned so very much this past year. No BS is the best! I learn something everyday. I have made so many great friends and talk with many of them every day. Really looking forward to the rest of the year."
